By downloading, installing, or using Tombre ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. License

Tombre grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control. This means:

• You may install and use the App on your personal devices
• You may not redistribute, sell, lease, or sublicense the App
• You may not modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on the App
• You may not use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local laws

3. Premium Features and Payment

• Premium features are available through a one-time payment via Google Pay.
• All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law.
• Premium features are granted for the lifetime of the App for current purchasers. This policy may change for new users in the future.

4. User Content

Any custom scales or chords you create are stored locally on your device. This content is not collected or stored on servers.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, and other intellectual property in the App are owned by Tombre and protected by copyright and other laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Tombre be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of the App.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law
